2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the products in your order.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

  • We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original, unused, and resellable condition.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be covered by the customer, and the customer must arrange the return shipping.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a store credit for your next purchase. The refund will not include any shipping costs previously paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

  • The customer is required to pay for return shipping, but we will reimburse the cost if the warranty claim is approved.

4. Delivery Terms

4.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes using postal services only and cannot offer courier services to these locations.

4.6 Shipping to Military Addresses

  • We can ship to military addresses using postal services, but cannot provide this service via couriers.

4.7 Out of Stock Items

  • If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and ship the rest of your order.

9.2 Lost Parcels in Transit
