Return and Exchange Window: You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original, unopened condition.

Proof of Condition: Please send us a photo of the product to verify its condition before proceeding with the return or exchange.

Refund Process: If your product is eligible for a return, we will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving the item back. Refunds will be issued via Vodafone Cash or Instapay.

Return Shipping Fees: A new shipping fee will apply for the return or exchange of items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product was delivered, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
